GET TO KNOW ME

I graduated from Arizona State University in 2020 with a B.S. in Psychology. I then furthered my education at Walden University where I graduated in 2023 with an M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am currently a Ph.D. candidate at Walden University earning a Ph.D. in Counseling Education and Supervision with an estimated graduation date in 2026. I am a pre-licensed professional and currently under supervision.

I have experience working with many population including ages 5 and up. I have worked with depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, delusional and psychotic disorders, as well as working with the LGBTQIA+ community providing queer affirming and gender affirming therapy. I enjoy working with children (Aged 5+), adolescents, and adults from various cultural backgrounds in individual therapy as well as couples and family therapy when needed. Working with LGBTQIA+ issues is very personal to me. I also love to work with people struggling with negative thought patterns, negative body image, or people that need help adjusting to change. I use an eclectic mix of therapeutic modalities including person-centered, CBT, mindfulness, Gestalt, reality therapy, and approach care with a trauma-informed mindset.

I believe that therapy is a different experience for each person, meaning that every person needs something a little different. I am able to adjust therapy to the needs of the individual to best support each person. Let’s connect and see if I am the best fit for your needs.
