We are currently hiring for Staff Therapists. Work It Out Wellness is hiring an associate or fully licensed LCSW, LPC, or LMFT for our Peachtree City office. Work It Out Wellness believes in holistic wellness & includes therapy, personal training, yoga, and speaking/training services. We share space with physical therapists, holistic wellness practitioners, and other wellness providers.

The available position is for a W2 employee who is in excellent standing with GA licensing board and is a great opportunity for someone looking to be in private practice. The pay structure is a percentage of the client session fee. The ideal candidate takes initiative, is a self-starter, has a strong desire to network and build a practice, and works well with others.

Further Requirements:

• Work towards building & maintaining a weekly caseload of 15-20 client sessions

• Schedule & hold client sessions and write notes within 24 hours of session

• Attend supervision & maintain appropriate supervision log & notes, if not fully licensed

• Associate Licensed or Fully licensed in the state of Georgia (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT)

• Must have day/evening availability, flexibility with hours, and availability to see clients in the afternoon/early evening at least 1-2 days a week.

• Return phone calls/emails in a timely manner

• Attend monthly staff meetings/events

• Demonstrates knowledge of ethics code and works with respect to code

• Maintains professional boundaries in clinical and professional relationships

• Demonstrates strong clinical and ethical skills while providing interventions to client

• Candidate must have a niche or a desire to build a niche (e.g. couples, trauma, addiction), be willing to market themselves, and grow their referral base in the community
