We offer one-on-one and small group personal training to help you reach your physical and movement goals! We operate from a trauma-informed, eating disorder informed lens, when appropriate. We specialize in seeing all ages & abilities, especially those who are just starting their movement journey or are finding their way back after a long break.

Our Philosophy
At Work It Out Wellness, we believe movement is an important part of wellness, AND we believe that being mindful of how you feel, listening to your body, adjusting your workouts to how you are feeling, and taking rest days are all important parts of one's relationship with movement.
Our Specialties & Focus
We specialize in working with moms & dads looking to incorporate movement into their busy schedules, anyone who has had a bad experience with trainers or gyms in the past, individuals looking to learn how to strength train so they can feel stronger and move easier without injury or pain, active aging individuals who want to start moving consistently to maintain strength and mobility as they get older, and those looking to incorporate functional movements into their workouts and work on mobility.

What You Can Expect
You can expect to be in a supportive and welcoming environment that is open & ready for feedback. We focus on your goals, how you are feeling, and your individual needs. We do not focus on weight loss, but rather the non-scale victories that come with enjoyable movement, such as less pain, greater mobility and strength, growing self-confidence, and more. We also do not focus on nutrition - we leave that up to the experts! We partner with dieticians, like Fed Up Nutrition, to help you get the guidance you're looking for with nutrition.
