GET TO KNOW ME
I believe our past—especially the painful parts—shapes us, but it doesn’t have to define where we’re headed. While I honor the impact of past experiences, I focus on helping clients move forward—with clarity, self-understanding, and a renewed sense of possibility. My approach to therapy is person-centered and grounded in narrative work. I value each client’s unique story and work collaboratively to explore how their experiences have shaped them—while also creating space for new meanings, growth, and healing.
A big part of my work is helping clients recognize and unlearn the lies they’ve been told—or come to believe—about themselves. Whether those messages come from family, society, trauma, or internalized self-doubt, I support clients in rewriting those narratives with truth, compassion, and strength.
I specialize in working with anxiety (including social anxiety), depression, attachment wounds, and the long-term impacts of trauma. I also have a deep passion for supporting adolescents as they navigate the complexities of identity, relationships, and emotional development. Whether you're a teen or adult struggling with self-esteem, overwhelm, feeling misunderstood, dealing with life transitions, or anxieties, I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can explore who you are and what matters most to you.
I strive to create a therapeutic environment that feels safe, collaborative, and deeply respectful—where clients of all ages can show up as their full selves. I believe healing happens through connection, and I meet each client with authenticity, curiosity, and compassion. You don’t need to have it all figured out to begin. You just need a space where you can be yourself—and that’s what I aim to offer.
