GET TO KNOW ME

Hi, I'm Erin! I look forward to meeting you.

As a dedicated professional with over 15 years of experience working with children and families, I have had the privilege of guiding children, teens, and adults through some of life’s most challenging and meaningful periods. My early work in Georgia’s child and family services system, combined with my time as an educator in an underserved school district, has profoundly shaped my approach as a clinician. In those roles, I witnessed the profound human need to be seen, heard, and understood, as well as the weightiness of life's challenges. These experiences illuminated the transformational power of having someone walk alongside you with compassion and without judgment, ultimately inspiring me to become a therapist.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in trauma-informed care and mindfulness-based practices, complemented by a warm and person-centered style. I incorporate mind–body awareness and a holistic understanding of well-being, respecting the emotional, relational, and spiritual dimensions of the human experience. I believe that healing thrives in connection, and I strive to cultivate a safe space where individuals can delve into their stories, explore possibilities,
embrace change, and unearth their innate resilience.

I work with individuals across all stages of life, from children and adolescents to older adults. I am especially passionate about guiding those through grief and loss, major life transitions, identity exploration, the emotional complexities of aging, and end-of-life concerns. Whether clients are healing from trauma, navigating uncertainty, or carrying unseen burdens, my role is to honor their humanity and accompany them on their journey toward reconnection with meaning,
hope, and belonging.

My aspiration is for every person who engages in therapy with me to feel valued, understood, and reminded that healing is not only possible but within reach.

Outside of the therapy space, I’m someone who values stillness, connection, and being in nature. I enjoy mindful movement, reading anything that deepens my understanding of the human experience, and spending time with the people who ground me. I’m drawn to creativity, beautiful environments, and simple moments that bring peace and meaning.
